Career Coaching

Space to think clearly,
and choose intentionally.

For corporate professionals who want to navigate work more intentionally and make choices that feel more like their own.

At the heart of my work is a curiosity about people, growth and the choices we make along the way. How we navigate uncertainty. How we respond to opportunities. How we balance ambition with fulfillment. And how we create careers that feel not only successful on the outside but meaningful on the inside.

Career coaching offers something that is often difficult to find in everyday work life: space. Space to reflect, challenge assumptions, explore possibilities and make intentional decisions about your career and professional growth.

This is not about someone telling you what to do. It is about stepping back, understanding what is really happening and deciding how you want to move forward.

What Might Bring You Here

A few of the situations I hear most.

You are at a career crossroads

You may be considering a next step, an internal opportunity, a promotion or a change of direction. Or maybe you do not know at all what you want next. You only know that something needs attention and you want space to understand what is going on before making your next move.

You are navigating pressure or complexity

You may be dealing with a demanding role, a challenging project, stakeholder dynamics, culture, visibility or a difficult period at work. You want to understand the situation more clearly and find a way to move through it without losing yourself in the process.

You are growing into leadership

You may be stepping into a bigger role, taking on more responsibility or trying to expand your influence. You want to lead in a way that feels effective but also authentic to who you are.

You feel stuck but still functional

On paper things may look fine. You are doing the work, showing up and keeping things moving. But something feels off. You want to understand what that is before making decisions from pressure, frustration or overthinking.

How I Help

The real situation, not just the job title.

We look at the real situation you are in. Not only the job title or the next role but also the patterns, assumptions, expectations and choices underneath it.

Depending on what you need we may work on career direction, leadership growth, workplace dynamics, confidence, visibility, decision-making, positioning or practical next steps.

The goal is not to force a quick answer. The goal is to help you understand yourself and your situation better so you can move forward in a way that feels realistic, intentional and genuinely yours.

What It's Like Working With Me

No fixed formula. No one-size-fits-all.

Every person arrives with their own story, experiences, strengths, challenges, ambitions and goals. Because of that, I believe coaching should adapt to the individual rather than asking the individual to adapt to a process.

Together we create an approach that works for you, your goals and the situation you are navigating.

Getting Started

Your journey starts with understanding you.

Before our first session, I ask you to complete a short intake questionnaire. Of course we explore what brings you to coaching and what you hope to get out of it. But I am equally interested in how you work best. Do you prefer direct feedback or time to reflect? Structure or flexibility? Coaching, mentoring or a combination of both?

Our first session is about getting to know each other and creating a shared understanding of where you are today, what you would like to work on and what success would look like for you. Sometimes clients arrive with a very specific goal. Other times they simply know that something needs to change but are not yet sure what that looks like. Both are perfectly fine places to start.

During Our Sessions

We start with whatever feels most relevant.

A career decision. A leadership challenge. A difficult conversation. An interview. A recurring pattern. Or simply something that has been occupying more mental space than you would like.

From there, we explore what sits beneath the surface. Some sessions are reflective and exploratory. Others are highly practical and action-oriented. Most are a combination of both. Many of my clients work in environments that are familiar to me — technology, project and program management, operations, transformation and leadership — so our conversations can move beyond reflection into mentoring, soundboarding and practical exploration when that brings value.

Between Sessions

Growth doesn't only happen in the room.

Often meaningful insights emerge afterwards, when life continues and you start noticing things differently. Sometimes I may invite you to experiment with a new perspective, observe a recurring pattern, try a different approach or take a specific action. Other times the most valuable thing is simply allowing yourself the space and time to let a conversation settle.

This is your space, your time and your journey.

Coaching Programs

Different situations ask for different types of support. Choose based on where you are and what you need.

Program 01

Career Design Journey

For professionals who want to better understand where they are, what matters to them and what “more” or “next” could look like.

Perhaps you are in a good place and still feel curious about what else is possible. You may want to explore your growth, your direction, your leadership style or the next phase of your career with more intention.

Or perhaps you are not in a good place at the moment. You are navigating pressure, workplace dynamics, culture fit, a challenging project or the feeling that something in your work no longer feels right.

The focus is on self-awareness, direction and focus. We look at what is happening now, what patterns keep repeating, what matters most to you and what choices would feel more aligned with who you are and where you want to go.

This may be right for you if

  • You feel stuck or disconnected from your work
  • You are in a good place but curious about what could be next
  • You are navigating a demanding period, project or team dynamic
  • You are growing into leadership or taking on more responsibility
  • You want to understand your values, strengths and priorities more clearly
  • You are questioning your current role but not sure what should change
  • You want to make more intentional choices without immediately jumping into job search mode

Program 02

Career Move Accelerator

For professionals who want to make a move or are already in the process and want hands-on support through the next steps.

This program is for you if you are job searching, interviewing, exploring the market or preparing for internal or external opportunities.

We start in a similar way as the Career Design Journey: by understanding where you are, what matters to you, what kind of direction makes sense and how you want to position yourself. But from there, we move more quickly into action.

This may include your career story, CV, LinkedIn, interview preparation, role play, market exploration, companies to look at, opportunities to consider, tailored career tracks, networking strategy and practical support during interview rounds.

You are not doing it alone. I am next to you through the process as a coach, sounding board and practical thinking partner while you take the steps toward your next move.

This may be right for you if

  • You are ready to make a move but want to do it strategically
  • You are already applying or interviewing and want support along the way
  • You want help with your story, CV, LinkedIn or interview preparation
  • You want to explore the market without getting lost in endless options
  • You want to identify realistic roles, companies and career tracks
  • You want a practical sounding board during an active career transition

One-off Session

Career Strategy Session

A one-off session for professionals who want focused support with one specific career question, decision or opportunity.

This can be useful if you want a fresh perspective before committing to a longer coaching program. We zoom in on one topic and work toward sharper thinking and practical next steps — whether that's weighing a specific career decision, an upcoming interview, an internal opportunity or a difficult work situation.

What Clients Say

A few words from people I've worked with.

Yana’s coaching style is thoughtful, structured and highly reflective. She asks the right questions and combines practical insights with deeper reflection, making it easy to apply what we discussed in everyday work. Through our sessions, I became more intentional in how I approach challenges, collaborate with others and focus on what I can control. I also grew more comfortable navigating uncertainty in a complex work environment.

Kansu Ilden

Digital Product Owner

Yana’s sessions were structured and she asked many questions that helped me think and reflect for myself. She also shared additional material to continue exploring after our sessions, including an overview of PM certifications, self-exploration tools to better understand my communication style, guidance on formulating OKRs and ways to assess different job opportunities. I really enjoyed our conversations. Beyond the professional topics, we also simply connected as human beings.

Discovery Call

An opportunity for us to get to know each other.

We'll talk about what's happening in your work or career, what you're hoping to gain from coaching and what feels most important to you right now. You'll get a sense of how I work, the program options and practicalities, and we'll explore whether this feels like the right fit for both of us. If it does, we'll discuss what the next steps could look like. If not, that's perfectly okay too.
