For more than 15 years I have worked at the intersection of strategy, technology, operations and delivery. I help organizations create structure, alignment and momentum around complex initiatives — so that priorities become plans, plans become action and action leads to outcomes.

For leadership teams with ambitious plans that need support turning strategy into action. This may include translating priorities into initiatives, connecting teams, creating focus, removing barriers and helping leadership understand where progress is happening and where decisions are needed — as well as acting as a soundboard to leadership.
Portfolio, PMO & Governance
For organizations looking to strengthen the foundations that enable successful delivery. This may include portfolio management, prioritization, governance, executive reporting, operating rhythms, decision-making structures and better visibility across projects and initiatives.
How I Work
Practical, structured and people-centered.
I like to understand the bigger picture first. What are you trying to achieve? What is already in motion? Where is the complexity? Where are decisions getting stuck? And what do leaders and teams need in order to move forward?
From there, I help create structure without adding unnecessary complexity. The goal is not governance for the sake of governance. The goal is to create alignment and momentum so that people can make better decisions and deliver what matters.
Because of my background across both delivery and leadership environments, I can operate at different levels. I can work with executive teams on priorities and decision-making, with program teams on structure and delivery, and with stakeholders across the organization to bring people along.

Experience
Global organizations, complex environments.
Throughout my career, I have worked across global organizations in aviation, engineering, technology, consumer goods and operations — across different digital and engineering areas. My experience includes work with organizations such as Boeing, Nike, Jacobs Douwe Egberts Peet's and Oceaneering.
During my most recent long-term role, I worked in a senior portfolio leadership role with the Managing Director and leadership team for a Business Unit. In this role I helped translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, strengthen portfolio governance, support leadership decision-making and create better visibility across initiatives.
